As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues, we want to reassure you that we are available if you need us. These are challenging times. We deal with difficult situations every day in the insurance industry, but this is new territory for all of us.

As always, our agency is committed to providing our customers the best service possible. Our office hours will remain unchanged (9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday).

However, we will be working from home. And now that school is permanently closed for the remainder of the academic school year, our three children will be at home too. This means you may hear some additional background noise when we speak over the phone. We hope you understand as we all try to journey through this difficult time.

Nonetheless, the commitment we have to you will be unchanged by our routines. We will return your call if you leave a message. We will reply to an email if you send us a note. We are hear for you.
