Heather Perry, ACRS

Heather has been with Dyeco Insurance since May of 1999. She started working as a receptionist while I was attending college. Heather has been a licensed property and casualty and life agent since April of 2002.

Heather currently lives in Dinwiddie County with her husband Kevin, wonderful daughters Madilynn and Loraly and awesome son Dezmond. She was born and raised in New Jersey but moved to Virginia in 1996. She loves Virginia, and its people, “it is a beautiful place to live, and raise a family”.

Heather prides herself on treating her clients the way she would want to be treated as a customer. She tries her best to do everything that she can to make things as easy as they can be for all her clients. Heather tries her best to give all of her clients the coverages that are best for them, for the best price that she can provide. She comes to her job each day, not just for a pay check, but the rewards of knowing that she is able to help someone when things are gone wrong. That the coverage she was able to provide to them, got their home back in place after a hurricane or fixed their car after hitting a deer on their way home from work.

Heather looks forward to many more years of working for Dyeco Insurance, and many years of providing you with the valuable insurance coverage that you need.

We cover the things that matter to you, because you matter to us.

About Heather’s Designation

The ACSR designation recognizes the knowledge and dedication customer service representatives bring to the Insurance Industry. They assist agents in researching and providing the best combination of price, coverage and service to their clients. ACSRs have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service.

By successfully incorporating ACSR training into her day-to-day agency activities, Ms. Perry has illustrated her commitment toward enhancing the quality of service. The designation not only recognizes one individual’s efforts but is respected by colleagues, clients and management.

The ACSR designation is the most recognized insurance CSR training program in North America. Customer service representatives can earn designations in personal lines, commercial lines, or life and health, thus customizing their educational efforts to an agency’s particular needs. The program is available in more than one format- classroom, on-line, or self study and is available in all fifty states as well as Canada. In addition, the program has been approved in Virginia for continuing education credit for agents’ licensing renewal.
